How working with BranchWise
actually works
How to set up your Polish branch office
Four steps to your software subsidiary in Poland
1. First call
Get in touch with our team by filling out the contact form, sending us an email, or giving us a call.
We’ll set up a call to go through what you need: how many people, which skills, and when you want them working.
2. Proposal
You get a written proposal: scope, timeline, costs and how the team would be built.
If the work is fintech, that includes our Fintech Team, who have built banking apps and payment systems.
3. Agreement and setup
Once the proposal works for you, we sign a clear agreement. Then we handle the legal and administrative setup and start recruiting.
4. Your team starts work
With the paperwork done, your branch office is open and the first people start.
We stay involved: onboarding, day-to-day management and regular reporting. Learn more about our Knowledge Transfer process to see how the handover works. You can also read how our development teams actually use AI in their daily work.
Ready to Make Your Move?
We’re not a general consultancy. We build and run engineering organisations, and we work the way we’d want to be worked with: Agile where it actually helps, small teams, clear ownership.
We’ve done this end to end — company registration, first hires, culture, delivery — and we stay involved after launch, not just through the setup.
If you’d rather see the detail first, our guide to setting up an IT subsidiary in Poland covers the costs, the timelines, the taxes and what registration actually involves.
